The IAECP offers education and training for those interested in becoming certified ECP therapists.

The training is open to persons in healthcare and therapeutic professions. It requires self-therapy and participation in a program that also includes workshops and supervision.
Organizations and persons who want to become partners and arrange workshops are welcome to get in touch. The workshop program includes topic as the contact between patient and therapist, working the eyes to improve sensitivity and synchronization, character analysis, confronting and overcoming fear and more. The theoretical foundation of ECP is Sigmund Freuds work on the unconscious, Wilhelm Reichs body-oriented work and John Bowlbys attachment theory.
